Air Texas A/C & Heating

They answered my phone call on a Saturday night, helped me figure out what was wrong with my A/C that night, and were at my house Sunday afternoon fixing my condensing unit. They had completely changed out condensing units within 2 hours. I couldn't have been happier with their responsiveness and work quality. They were up-front and honest with everything they did. They will be my go to service company from now on, and I recommend them to anyone who needs any type of HVAC service

The AC went out in our house on a Friday evening. We called Air Texas because our regular AC guy said he could not come out until Monday. Mark arrived within an hour. They had our AC up and running 20 minutes later. Mark even gave us some tips to keep the problem from recurring. He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. We have found our new AC company. Great customer service and great company! Called last night after hours because my A/C stopped working; during the call I explained the problem, a 3A fuse that kept blowing. He walked me through what could be wrong and a few things to check. I loved that he tried to fix the problem over the phone and not trying to milk money out of me like some A/C guys will do. I still couldn't diagnose the problem so promptly he scheduled an appointment for today. He arrived at the time he said he'd be here and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. They were very courteous the whole time, they shook my hand before and after the work, they wiped their shoes at the door and they kept me informed on what was going on. Also, they gave me a few tips on how to keep my A/C running in tip top shape. Again, an amazing company and will be using them again for all my A/C and heating needs. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I had what was obviously a power problem to my two HVAC units, but couldn’t solve it. They helped me out over the phone on a Saturday morning. Air Texas, you got yourself a long term customer. The man was extremely pleasant and helpful. Couldn’t be more grateful!

I needed a check up on my unit as it had been awhile. Neighbors recommended AirTexas since I wasn’t thrilled with another company I’d been using. I was prepared for a list of charges to be thrown at me. Not the case. The tech spent a lot of time looking over everything and said it all looked good. He didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary and explained everything he’d done and what to do in case I ran into problems in the future. Very fair and honest. Will definitely use this company in the future.

My AC went out and Mark and his crew (Harrison and Kevin) came right out and repaired it, checked my freon level and even did some cleaning of the unit housing. Harrison and kevin both were very professional and did their job with great expertise. Mark runs an outstanding business and was exceptionally helpful and insightful to me. I would highly recommend Air Texas to any and everyone and will definitely call them shold the need arise! Very Happy Customer!!!!

The folks at Air Texas were fantastic! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and explained the process. Harrison fixed what the last guy did not do...checked for warranty and got back with me the next day. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and efficiency!

Mark came out within an hour on a Saturday night and had everything fixed and working normally shortly after! He also provided me with great information about my unit and showed me some things I didn't know about. Very fast service. Extremely well priced. Super nice guys! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing air conditioning service or repair.

I had a big company give me the run around and all I can say is thank God for Mark! Thank you for the excellent and super prompt service. I was without AC for less than two hours! Updating my review... 3 years later, I've moved to Miami and Mark is still helping me out! When your AC goes out, you don't have time to waste with run-arounds. Mark will get the job done!

My girlfriend called while I was on shift at the Firestation and said the HVAC system wasn’t working. With temps dropping in the 30’s we needed the heater fixed ASAP. I asked around and Air Texas came highly recommended by friends. I contacted Air Texas at 8:30pm and they arrived in minutes. When they arrived I was able to FaceTime with Harrison the technician and he thoroughly explained the issue and his actions needed to fix the problem. He switched out the panel and by 10pm the heater was running again. I am very pleased with the work they did and was blown away by their speed and professionalism. Thank you Harrison and Air Texas, you’ve earned my business if I ever have another HVAC issue.
