AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This is THE WORST HVAC company in the San Antonio area. They improperly installed a air coil unit in my home in December 2015 and it never worked right. Each time I called to have them return to service the system, they never answered, and never came. The unit has leaked throughout the summer, causing me to keep the temps high though the summer. They are worthless. They hire ex-cons to do the installs, and don't do any of the work to code or any standard. They are a sham that are connected through Home Shield insurance. If you are ever recommended this outfit through your home owner's insurance, or another means, seek a 2nd opinion by all means.

First used Air Authority after a previous A/C firm screwed up the wiring. Just had a service performed - easy to schedule, work was on time, and very thorough.

2 days after “tune up” my A/C stops cooling. Had been working fine for 3 years previous to appointment with no service or maintenance. Weird, huh?
