Air Authority is extremely responsive and very reasonably priced. Have two houses and have asked them to service both. Had one unit replaced at Christmas a few years ago, very professional and respectful of property. Call Chester for a bid on a maintenance agreement, service, repair or replacement needs.

Used them a couple of months ago because my AC went out. They are a company that works with my home warranty, American Home Shield. Got an appointment quickly. The guy showed up on time and fixed it the first time. So far so good.

Great AC and technical knowledge. Had my mini-split go out after messing with the electrical myself. They saved me from buying another unit. Chester and Robert are great guys. Feels like they are family.

We had our A/C installed by Air Authority about two years ago. This morning we woke up to discover the system had failed. During a week with record high temperatures, we called for service at 10:35 and had a tech onsite by 11:30. The system was back online by noon.

This company took 6 visits to get the air conditioning "fixed." They were sent to us by American Home Shield. I had to work from home on multiple occasions waiting for a technician that was either late or had no idea what he was doing. They allegedly fixed the issue in May but the unit conked out in August. They are beyond unprofessional or competent.

I was very impressed with the thorough service I received. I was grateful that Robert corrected a fire hazard left by another company in my AC unit. I am happy I signed up for their service plan.
