Danny Smith was my technician for this recent service. Our a/c went out on the morning of the 4th of July, so I wasn’t hopeful that I could get anyone out, and understandably so. Danny called me though and explained that he would have happily come out but he was already completely booked with the record heat we’ve been having and the issues it’s been causing on everyone’s systems. I could tell that he was actually disappointed that he couldn’t come out and help us get our system up and running faster. He came out the next day (today) and was on time, extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. It’s never fun having to service major appliances in your home, but having great service techs really takes a lot of the discomfort away. Grateful to Danny for the work he did to restore our system and for Air Authorities quality of work.

The entire process was amazing! They were timely, responsive, were able to get us into an appointment within two days, and then followed up on every aspect. Great business!

Jeff Cutcher was amazing! He texted and called to let me know when he was on his way.. about 15mins out. When he came to the door he rang the door bell, I answered and he introduced himself and waited for me to invite him in. I say this because numerous contractors have tried to barge right on in the door after I open it. I find that extremely rude and disrespectful. Jeff was very kind, friendly and respectful. Before he started he described to me the different services that could be provided for my HVAC system and what was included in each service. I showed him where the system was located and he worked quickly and independently. He took pictures of everything he serviced. He was able to answer all of my questions. The service met my expectations. Thank you Jeff!

We switched to Riteway (now Air Authority) a few years ago after a litany of fails by another HVAC company, and we haven’t looked back. Every one we’ve dealt with has been fantastic, credible, efficient, professional, and responsive.

Called AirAuthoroty for HVAC for water collection in the drip tray. He explained how it all works and fixed the issue. It's worth to have Annual service setup, so someone can came to do maintenance on the AC unit.

Danny is great every time he comes out, we recently moved and we were lucky to have Danny come out and service our ac unit in our new home. Danny is always helpful and very knowledgeable. We hope he is our guy every time !!!

I’ve been a customer of Air Authority for over 5 years - starting with my first home. Recently, my AC system went out. It happened on a Saturday night, and AA was there early Sunday morning to diagnose. My unit was over 17 years old, and they walked me through fix or replace options in-depth. No hard sales, no pressure, just what was best for me.

We ended up going with a new system install, and on the day of the install, one of the needed parts was stuck on a truck at the local warehouse. Air Authority physically went to the warehouse to help get that part off the truck to ensure we had air conditioning rather than wait. We had just come home from the hospital with a newborn, so having air conditioning was very important. They got it done by every means necessary.

To summarize, here’s what I’ll say. For over 5 years, Air Authority has been there at a moments notice to help us. They have unparalleled customer service, and they put the customer over the company’s financial needs every time I’ve worked with them. I’m thankful for all you do, Air Authority.

Casey was great. Blew out drain line so it drains into plumbing system instead of dripping from eve of house. Suggested we sign up again for annual maintenance program which we did. If he didn’t bring it up I was going to ask about it. Worth the value and peace of mind.
