My outdoor A/C fan went out overnight and they were able to replace some parts and get it back up and running in an hour! Called in at around noon and they were able to get a technician out to me by 2. If you get Casey he'll do a great job!

When we discovered our Carrier A/C had stopped working, we phoned Air Authority and they (Rose) set us up with a priority appointment. The Technician, Juan, contacted us before he came over and when he showed up he performed a visual examination and a complete testing of our unit. He accurately diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained our options to us. We then paid a fair and reasonable "Service Call" fee.
After sweltering overnight, we recontacted Air Authority and reset another appointment. Juan recontacted us and returned with the required part in hand and repaired our unit. He then retested and re-inspected our unit and completed the billing. We paid a fair price and are totally pleased with our interactions with Air Authority (Robert, Rose, and Juan).

Air Authority's response and quality service was first class. Their proposal was detailed and easy to learn more about the systems they were providing. We chose their top Carrier Infinity series unit and are very happy we did. My wife enjoys the cool feeling inside, and the very quiet unit outside.
