During the recent winter storm our heating system failed, not just the power but the system did not work with power. As usual the AC Doctors Professional came to our home and made the repairs in a timely fashion. Our house was very cold inside like many homes and our technician had to park his vehicle a block away due to road conditions and below freezing temps. He went above and beyond to ensure we had heat when we needed it the most. Customer service is more than important at AC Doctors.

My heater went out not long ago around 5:30pm on a Sunday and I called AC Doctor's and the tech Robert was at my home by 7:15pm. He diagnosed my problem and showed me exactly what was wrong and then with my permission he repaired my heater and didn’t even charge me a service call since I had repairs done. I’m very happy with AC Doctors and will definitely be using them again.

First, I was really upset with the company because they never came back to the unit to test the vents and make sure air was flowing correctly (as the guy who gave me the paperwork promised).

A year later, Robert, provided a GREAT service by helping me figuring out why my AC wasn’t working. He stayed later since I had work just to personally explain to me the situation.

For 9 years AC Doctors have been taking care of 2 properties I have and they are always amazing, they work is perfect and they are always available. Thank you Guys!

AC docs previously installed a new HVAC unit in my home. Recently, when I needed emergency work on my older unit, they fit me in the same day and were not only reasonable and competitive in pricing, but professional and kind in their service. I’ve saved their number in my contacts for all of my future HVAC needs.

No one likes to have to replace expensive equipment. But when it happens, it's great to get AC Dr's very fast response, Plus photos and clear explanations.
