The team from the office receptionist to the installation techs went above and beyond to stabilize my failing HVAC system on a Sunday, assist with securing financing for a full system replacement on the following Monday, perform the installation on the following Thursday and installation adjustments late that evening. Very knowledgeable team and look forward to have A/C Doctors continue with the routine service inspections.

Wonderful! A/C broke at 2am. I called right then and the lady who answered was helpful and stated someone would be out between 11am-1pm that day. The gentleman called me at 8am and said someone could come right then if it was ok. Raul came out and answered all my questions with an answer and gave very knowledgeable facts about what to look for and what to do if this or that happened. I am so grateful they turned out to be so helpful and FAST knowing that its 100°+ outside in San Antonio!

The team at A/C Doctors is fantastic! I started by gathering quotes for a new system install. I had already purchased an air handler from another source and wanted to purchase an exterior unit and have it all installed. They were responsive, communicative, and ON TIME! They gave me a very reasonable quote and installed just a couple of days later. The air handler I purchased had interior dents and they were able to fix it (wasn't their responsibility). The property this was going into was much older and not really equipped for central air originally. Without hesitation this team created the space needed, ensured proper drainage, and was able to bring everything up to code without tearing holes in the walls. They were able to complete my job in one day. A member of their team scheduled a meeting with me to walk me through the work that was completed and tested it to ensure satisfaction. I was able to get a same-day appointment after finding my AC was not blowing cold air. Robert came out this evening, found my issue, and got me fixed up quickly and for a reasonable price. He was punctual, courteous, and took the time to show and explain to me the problem. The work came with a 2-year parts and labor warranty to top it off. Highly recommend!

Replaced fan did without a/c for Sunday Sunday night till Monday afternoon house cooled down later that night
