I only give it one star, and mostly because after having several consultations after the A/C doctors came out, I realize I was about to be pay for equipment that was unnecessary. I paid them $50 to come out for a consultation and have them tell me at minimum I needed an $8k AC unit replaced and maximum $12k unit. After several consultations, I found a reasonable repair man who only needed to change out the capacitor and fan motor on my unit, and charged me only $120. What a difference! I understand the importace of sales and pushing products, but this was unfortunate.

I arrived home from shopping to a Hot home at around 8pm. To my surprise, they said they would make it out that evening. Tech arrived at about 9:45 & replaced capacitor. Very professional and courtesy as well! I did not get offered anything extra other than what I needed. I would recommend giving them a call.

Been using them since 2017 and so grateful to them. I can't afford a new system so they have been able to repair so far. They are miracle workers 😊

They are very professional and knowledgeable. When another ac business came around telling me i needed a brand new system they came to give me a free 2nd opinion and as it turns out there was nothing wrong with my system! I highly recommend AC Doctors.

Robert, with A/C doctors is the man to have fo anything regarding your A/c and heating service. I have never met him in person, but he performed some work for me at my daughters house in SA and all I can say is 110% satisfaction!!
