Tall Guy AC & Heat

Our air conditioning recently went out on a Friday evening. Because of course on Friday. Their Facebook chat rep was responsive and got me onto the schedule to be seen first thing Monday morning. Another AC company had come out and told us that about $700 worth of parts would have to be replaced to even see if the condenser was working properly. The unit was 23 years old, so I figured it's time to replace it. I got the first AC company to offer a bid and asked Tall Guy to do the same thing on Monday.

Within about 15 minutes of their arrival, Jacob came inside and told me he had fixed our AC unit. I was stunned and told him I thought they were just bidding a replacement. His response was that he wanted us to have AC during late July/early August and to not have to make a big decision under duress. Further, he said that he wasn't going to charge us for the repair, even if we went with another company's bid to replace the AC unit. He said just to call him and he'd come out and take his parts off, free of charge. Needless to say, I was absolutely shocked by his level of service for us, then I was pleasantly surprised by how competitive his bid was to replace our outside unit and furnace. It was significantly cheaper than the other company with a warranty that's twice as long.

These guys are the best and they're the only AC company I'm going to call going forward. I highly recommend them both for their professional/competitive service as well as their dedication to their customers.

I've been using Jeff and Jacob for the last 7 years or so. They did the installs on a remodel and they are the only contractor from that project that we still use. They are awesome, prompt and will go out of their way to provide good service. I have recommended them to several people over the years and they have taken great care of them as well.

My go to A/C company. These guys are knowledgeable, prompt & very professional & do not overcharge. I have three A/C systems for my home, two, three, & four ton systems. I've had many dealing with A/C companies in the 28 years I've lived in my home & I wished I had been recommended The Tall Guy 20 plus years earlier. You will not regret having The Tall Guy service your A/C & Heating systems & after they leave you will not feel like you have just been taken advantage of.

Used these guys three times in three years without any issue. Why not use them again. Wrong...I asked my wife to schedule our annual visit and check freon levels. Historically and what I expect is an assessment with cost. Nope not this time. Instead my wife was informed after they performed the work and gave her the bill for $385. Really who in their right mind thinks this is acceptable. Recommendation would be to hover of them the entire time to make sure you are approving the expenses or get in writing of some sort that states billable work aside from the visit must be discussed and approved by you before performed.

I called them in the morning and they were at my door in a couple hours. They are courteous and automatically removed their shoes before entering my home; i didn't even have to ask. They allowed me to observe what they were doing and I learned a few things as they worked. My AC was working again within 45 mins.

In todays business it is unusual to come across someone in this type of business that can be trusted, but I found him in Tall Guy Air Conditioning. I called Jeff to come and look at my unit that was not blowing cold. I told him the unit was probably 18 years old but was hoping I could get another year or so out of it. He could have told me sorry, the unit has to be replaced and asked for $5000+ to replace it. Instead he found a part that needed replacing and the drain was plugged up. He did the job in short order, charged me $125 and my air is blowing cold again. Thank you for the great service. If you need your A/C checked, you really should call Tall Guy first.

I called Tall guy and they came the same day. Multiple AC experts were here and couldn't figure out the problem. Tall guy was here 5 mins and discovered the air filter had a piece of plastic film on it. I will never call anyone but Tall Guy in the future!

I love this company, I've used them for years. He's my personal HVAC guy & I refer him to all my real estate clients. He's honest, so quick to respond to a call, and very reasonable on prices.

Fast and professional. My 20 year old ac finally reached the end of the line. They replaced the whole system within a few hours and at a good price. Would definitely recommend
