Joshua waited for us to get home from an appointment and so glad he did. Joshua was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He made us Customers for life. But should Joshua leave, we may need to follow Joshua.

This company and the entire team I worked with were all just phenomenal. We needed a completely new AC and heating unit. The company rep Koyt came out to assess the old system and provide quote and explained everything in detail. Johnathan and his crew arrived early the next day and got us taken care of!! Super nice and professional and quick. Will definitely use this company for any plumbing stuff we ever need in the future.

Technician Hudson Dillingham came out after hours, he showed up on time. Nice tech but AC was low on Freon and he quoted $400 per lb but couldn’t tell us how many needed. This company has priced themselves out of the market for anyone that has any knowledge of HVAC, which we do. Very disappointed in companies taking advantage of people.

We were 100% pleased with the work Tayten completed at our home. All electrical problems were repaired/replaced in a timely manner. Most courteous technician not only to us, but to his apprentice technician as well. We will be using this company for future needs.

Dillan was inappropriate in a variety of different ways. First with his interaction with me on the phone asking if I trusted him when I had never met him before, next up was his pushiness and the pressure he was putting on me to start a job he quoted me right then $52,000 that night. He told me if anyone told me anything different they were lying. This just felt pushy and like he wanted to start an I couldn’t back out. Next we took some time to think about the estimate and set up 2nd opinions.When so didn’t answer my phone he proceeded to call my realtor and be pushy with him for a payment so had already made arrangements for with his office. This continued for a couple days. Now today he was contacting me again, and texting with me things that were untrue. I would not recommend.

Brandon did a great job helping us out with some damage done to our sewer line. He was able to find the source of the issue and provide information on what needed to get fixed. He provided great customer service and demonstrated great knowledge on the matter. Glad Bacon was available to dispatch a plumber today.

Their family membership monthly fees may sound low cost, however, their quote for any repair or replacement is triple the price compared to other providers. Also, I tried to cancel my membership, since it’s within 30 days, they said no it’s one year contract and there’s no cancellation grace period. Be aware of these and avoid them if you can.

On time, explained everything before the project started, went over everything after it was finished. Couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. Also helped with a smaller project I asked about, checked it out, much appreciated the great improvement. Everyone was helpful, professional, and made all the work pleasant, cleaned everything up, no mess left behind.Yea!
