Bacon Plumbing Heating Air Electric

Read other reviews... even the positive ones! They say they are expensive and pushy on sales but yet they still give them 5 stars. Anyway here is my honest review, I got a full breaker panel replacement and relocation (used insurance). After that I decided to join their "family maintenance plan" (10/mo) I figured I would use them for all future needs for hvac, plumbing, electrical ect... After my 1st payment and contract signed for the yr, the service was horrible! Couldn't get through on the phone multiple times, couldn't get anything scheduled... it was a horrible experience. They offer tune ups, "free plumbing inspections" "free roof inspections"... they out source these inspections and you need to go through all sorts of hoops just to schedule these... when I actually got somebody out here to quote me on something..... for example to change out a basic faucet on a bathroom sink they quoted 800$!! To exchange water heater 2500$!! For a generator transfer switch 5200$!!!! Crazy. save your money, trust me there are many other companies out there that are honest and actually still care about the customer.

The plumber was friendly and listened to all of my concerns. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me services I didn't need. I was able to get a couple of quotes for future work. Overall great experience. Thank you

Brian M. did a great job explaining the process of changing out our very cheap plastic Flowtite water valves to more reliable 1/4 valves. I never received an invoice/receipt when the job was finished. I sent two emails that were unanswered.

Mason was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, astute in his assessment and efficient in implementing his plan regarding a new plug in an awkward place. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him to anyone needing an electrician. 5 stars for Mason

The business office was very responsive, sent reminders about the appointment, a notice about when he would arrive PLUS a phone call with an approximate arrival time. My experience with this company was 5 star and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service every time I've called Bacon Plumbing and Electric. I've had plumbing and electric needs and they always come the same day! They fix the issue quickly for a fair price ! Super glad I have Bacon Plumbing and Electric on Speed Dial!

I would like to give a shout out to Kristopher Moreno and his partner. They did a wonderful job replacing our home owners shut off line. They were very polite, professional, and informative with the details of the installation.

Did get an emergency with house drain being blocked and Bacon plumbing did a great job addressing the problem the same day. Daniel was very professional: he found the issue quickly and kep me posted on the progress - very good customer experience!

Had an emergency where we needed a shutoff valve repaired. Corey was out within 45 minutes. He had all the parts with him, and he had everything fixed within an hour. Excellent work!
