My A/c went out and Mr.Ken was great with his service to ensure we had some type of cool air before my replacement came.

Diaz worked hard take the repairs but it was out of his hands. He also tried other methods to make sure we had air until the parts came in. Overall je was awesome

Ron came to us highly recommended. His professionalism and depth of HVAC knowledge is beyond reproach. My husband and I were cautious about bringing anyone to our home during COVID-19 but his technicians were highly sensitive to social distancing, face masks and contact protocols. Our home began cooling 30 minutes prior to the tech team leaving just to make sure everything was working before we were asked to make the payment.

This is your A team at work for YOU! Our air conditioner went out and immediately this company sprang into action. The kept us in the loop, made every deadline and met every promise. They were clean, professional and curtious. I can not remember a better experience with a contractor. My husband and I would give them the A+ rating they deserve it!

Ron set up his crew and his ac technician Ken along with his crew worked tirelessly putting in new ductwork till 12:15 a.m. Ken came back several times after to check my "lemon" thermostat and replace it for me with a Nest. Ken checked everything throughly from the output to the return air intake to check the differential. He placed my two surge protectors and now my house is cooling like Antarctica. Thanks for doing a great job.

My god-mother is not too tech savvy so she asked me to post a review for Ron Hamilton on her behalf. Mr. Hamilton is AC technician who came out and repaired her central air unit. He was very trustworthy, other repair men came out and told her she needed more than what she actually needed. One technician actually told her she needed a unit all together, even though her unit is only a few years old and is still covered under warranty.

Nevertheless, she said Mr. Hamilton explained everything to her in a manner she understood and trusted and made sure she didn't have to pay an expensive bill. My god-mother recommends trusting your AC repair problems to Ron Hamilton of Temper Mechanical Air & Heat.

My AC was a 2 year old Carrier on a 2 year old new DR Horton house. AC still on the 5 year Warranty for parts. I had 2 other companies come out, each costing me $70 diagnostic fee. One was a Nigerian who I could not understand and who did not get back with me on the Carrier part and just deserted me. He seemed to want the $70 fee only. Then the 2nd company came out...professional and all, but wanting $2,400 to change out a condenser coil that was leaking fluid. Too expensive. Carrier recommended Ron Hamilton with Temper Mechanical. I called and he answered on 2nd ring. He came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. He went to Carrier in Sugar Land and got with his service REP to have the part ordered from San Antonio. He was up front on everything and told me the part would be shipped overnight. That's what the other company told me too, so I knew it to be true. He said he would work Sunday if needed to get the job done ASAP. I went with Ron and said order it, lets move forward. His 4 men came out on Saturday July 11th as soon as the part arrived, all wearing masks, courteous and got the job done in 3 or less hours in the Houston Heat & Humidity. The A/C looks new and works very well. I was super pleased! The best thing it was only $1,700, hundreds less than the other company. I would highly recommend this company and these men. Good job Ron. Unfortunately, my AC went out this past weekend. I called Ron Hamilton who I have known to be a man of integrity and professionalism. His technicians promptly came out and repaired the AC unit without issues. I would gladly recommend this company to come out and take care of your air and heat issues.

The 2 guys that replace my AC unit were really good at what they did. They stayed focused on their tasks and didn't seem to mind my interruptions. They were able to answer all my questions without leaving any doubt. Awesome job! Thank you
