Amazing experience over the phone, I had a leaking valve on my old cast iron radiator in my bedroom. Joe asked me to tighten a packing nut on the valve before they send someone out to diagnose. Sure enough that solved the problem and saved me time and money. Honest companies like Hendricks Heating Cooling Service are hard to find.

The technician that came out and helped us was fantastic. Just got a clean and inspection of our furnace and he was able to perform a couple small little repairs like stop a leak from continuing to cause rust. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Our semi-annual AC unit check up and cleaning was done today. The technician was very polite and thorough. He took his time to explain what he was doing and addressed my questions. Will highly recommend.
