Ken, was very professional and provided great knowledge. He was on time and for the job done extremely quick! Got out AC back up and running within the hour! Definitely recommend him. Should i have any AC issues in the future i will definitely be calling Ken!

This guy was awesome took his time and completed the job and job well done. After installing the unit he left but came back in the afternoon to make sure it was cooling down and it was cooling properly. I would recommend them to my family, friends and everyone else I know.

Scheduled an emergency appointment with their technician on the phone for 9 AM Sunday morning. First told me he would be late for a flat tire and now he says he can't make it because it's Sunday and he was originally coming out to be nice and no one works on Sunday. House is now 84 degrees. I was able to speak with their project manager and he himself made about an hour drive to come get things up and running. Very kind and professional man.
