Wow! I’m so happy and impressed with the service and responsiveness of Temper Mechanical A/C. It was a holiday weekend and my family was visiting from out of town, when my air conditioning went out completely. Summer in Texas is HOT! An amazing tech came over quickly on a Sunday and fixed everything! The customer service is like none other. I’ve referred them to my whole family.

Our AC unit stopped working and the temperature in our house got to 91 and we have children and it became very alarming.

As soon as Ken got our work order he immediately contacted us. He went above and beyond and was able to schedule us into his very busy day. When he arrived at the house he was very professional and he assessed the situation thoroughly. He was able to repair the AC unit and immediately the temperature started to drop. Thank you so much Ken we are very grateful!!!

Ken showed up on time and was very professional. He replaced our entire A/C system. Before he left, he made sure everything was running smoothly. He definitely knows what he is doing. We definitely appreciate him taking great care in his job and making sure the A/C was cooling properly before he left.

I had my A.C. go out since Sunday. I been waiting for a technician to come through and boy it was worth the wait (the hot house wasn't worth it lol). Ken the A.C. Tech arrived around 10 pm and he went straight to work and got my A.C. back running within minutes. He's very knowledgeable and understands exactly what to look for when doing a diagnostic. Equipment was dropped off the day before. Ken arrived next morning and had all old equipment uninstalled and the outside unit in place within 1.5 hours. Completed within 3.5 hours. Very professional. Very personable, Very driven and puts customers interest and comfort above his own. I hope Temper realizes what they have. I’ve retired from the hvac industry after 35 years and seen a LOT of helpers and technicians. Ken is an exceptional person.

These guys have been amazing! No one likes getting the call from a tenant that the A/C is going out - but Temper Mechanical Air & Heat made it as painless as possible. They were able to get out within 24 hours to replace an entire HVAC in one of my homes and went above and beyond on another home to fix a leak. Their pricing is competitive and there customer service is the best in the business. Highly recommend them.

I contacted Ron the owner asking to schedule my maintenance appointment. Within two days, Ken contacted me with an appointment for today "Saturday" Easter Weekend. He is very accurate in his explanations, efficient and makes sure the job is done correctly. He said our system looked impeccable and can tell we have taken care of our unit. My AC went out during high temperatures and the interior of my home was over 83 degrees. I have a dog that overheats easily, so these were unsustainable conditions. I requested an emergency service with Temper Mechanical and received a call to schedule with a tech within two hours. Isaac and his crew were fantastic! They communicated with me before the appointment, showed up on time, were very professional, and knocked out the job so fast! I am now typing this in a nice 68 degree home thanks to them! Ron, the owner responded quickly to my request for help with a broken thermostat. He scheduled a tech to come out the same day… That technician, ISAAC communicated with us throughout the day to let us know his estimated time of arrival. When he showed up he was friendly professional clean and knowledgeable. Explained to us what the problem was, fixed it and gave us some suggestions to pay attention to in the future. As new home owners, this was our first repair. It was a good experience. We will use them again. Thank you Sirs.

After my husband placed a call late in the evening to have our malfunctioning AC checked, Ken came quickly. He was professional, courteous and did a great job. He explained his findings thoroughly and solved the problems. He also provided us with helpful information on thermostat settings, maintenance, etc. We told him that he could be a great instructor of an AC class. We're very pleased with Ken's service.
