We have been a part of their maintenance program for years now. Customer service is first class. I am Always able to get a friendly, knowledgeable person on the phone to help with questions and schedule appointments with ease. Since I am usually alone at home or with my young daughter, I feel confident and safe with the professional technicians that are in my home. They are thorough, reasonably priced, with stellar customer service, and I can’t recommend them enough.

Matco has been a solid partner with us for many months. The office and field staff are knowledgeable and effecient. Pricing is fair and their timelines are reasonable. They stand behind their work. We haven't had many issues but they have worked hard to address the ones that come up.

I had both of my HVAC units go out within the same week which, as you can imagine, can cause a lot of stress and concern. I spoke with 4 HVAC companies and one of them was Matco Services. Trevor and Chris did a wonderful job explaining the diagnosis and provided multiple options based on my situation. Well, one week later I have two new units that I’m extremely happy with. We just had a Texas summer emergency (no air conditioning) for which Matco responded in short order, sending a tech out on a Sat, fixing us up w/ temporary A/C same day before the crew arrived on Monday afternoon to fix the problem and turn on our air. Would like to specifically commend tech's Chris & Jonathan and inside quick quotation assistance and guidance from Donna Sims. Awesome job Matco team!

Don't Sweat It !! If you need a trusted source in HVAC call Matco Services. They helped me limp along with an old furnace and condensor and when the time was right....they offered lots of education and patience to help me decide on an entire new HVAC system. Their fantastic install team worked well with my contractor to create a good game plan for an attic install in a tight place. The office is responsive - the field team has always been polite and .....they wear their indoor shoe booties without asking. Service you can count on - no more shivering or sweating !

Matco Services has been providing wonderful heating and air conditioning service to us for many years. Ralph Soria did a great job on the units in our new home today and installed wifi thermostats for us-- great service! We highly recommend Matco!

We are so grateful to have Santiago Salinas as our service technician with Matco Services.He has taken care of our two A/C units and furnace for many years . He always explains everything , and keeps records of our units , previous repairs, or what needs to be replaced on his work cell phone. He is so efficient, and trustworthy. We have a service agreement with Matco Services at my place of business. (SB Specialty Metals in Arlington TX) They have been a great company to work with. We have done new heating units in our warehouse and new heating and air in our offices. They have taken care of us each step of the way even when we had a few hiccups here and there. Great company!
