Santiago was prompt and assessed the problem methodically and quickly. He took his time to explain the situation, show me the problem, and outline a simple remedy. All the Matco techs with whom I’ve worked are professional and know their trade. That’s why I’m a customer for life. That’s why I recommend them to my friends.

I just bought my first home. As a first time buyer, the cost of services are important (that down-payment is a killer). The technician was knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and was careful to explain how much things cost and why. It was nice getting straight answers for what it's going to cost to get my issues fixed at a time when the cost of everything else seems to vary wildly. Thanks again, Chris. Brief update. I had Santiago install an EcoBee. He helped me replace a capacitor as well as mine wasn’t enough to sufficiently start the motor. He was extremely helpful and now I’ve got a new thermostat. Thanks Santiago!

Santiago Salinas has been our Matco technician for years and I wanted to express how incredibly helpful he has been - specifically this past week when our AC unit froze up (again) the morning we were leaving on vacation. He came to our home and "patched" it up for us so our pets would be comfortable while we were gone. He called me while I was waiting for our flight to take off to assure me that the system would be working OK until we got back. He researched and quoted the part we needed to fix the problem temporarily, though we soon will be replacing our entire intake system. He's just the best! We trust his advice completely and I could not recommend him more highly. Matco Services is very lucky to have him working for them!

Matco technicians were amazing. Santiago was very knowledgeable and professional. Took the time to explain the problem, explained the importance of the air filter and how often to change. Cut the overgrown trees from around the unit, now the house is nice and cool, thanks to you guys I can spend my first night in my new place. I give you guys 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called as a new customer on Saturday, July 21st and Santiago was here Sunday, July 22nd. He was very friendly and professional. He arrived ahead of time and got right to work. Even though the unit is 19 years old, he assured us that it was in good shape after replacing the connector and that a new unit was not needed at this time. Thank you Matco Services!!! You have a gem in Santiago! We are so thankful!

Technicians spend only less than 10 mins “ checking” the system. They supposed to wash the unit outside and check Freon none of that happened. Won’t use this company again

We’ve used Matco for a number of years. They have always done excellent work. We have done the regular maintenance and they have replaced our AC unit when the old unit finally died. I continue to use them and have recommended them several times.
