NXT LEVEL HOMES

Absolutely a horrible experience. How this company has maintained a 5 star rating on google is completely baffling.

I contacted NXT Level Homes in October 2022. I had an appointment with one of their sales reps Trey Brown. Trey visited our home on October 13th. Trey was on time, pleasant and very thorough. We were so impressed by Trey and the companies google reviews, we signed on the spot. Little did we know this would be the end of our great experience.

They installed the panels in one day on November 2nd.

We financed the panels through NXT Levels partnership with Mosaic. We had to fill out a form to verify installation , which we immediately did. Little did we know that by filing this out Mosaic would release all funds to Nxt Level. This was done on November 8th. To me this is where it all goes down hill and i know why...I am in the contracting business myself and I've heard many sad stories about homeowners paying for a service before the project is completed and then they have nightmares trying to get someone to complete their project. I really think this is the case here because after November 8th the level of communication goes from good to almost non-existent.

Next step is inspection by the city and prime solar. Nxt level tried to coordinate this on several occasions, they would tell us someone is coming to inspect and to this day nothing has been inspected by prime or the city. This happened several different times and then NOTHING... when i say nothing i mean NXT LEVEL just completely gave up. I've attempted to contact my rep Trey, no response since November 30th. Ive emailed Treys boss Ross on February 1st, no response from him at all. I had a call out of the blue from a lady named Amanada. Amanda is their brand ambassador. Amanda called me on January 11th. I explained the entire situation to her. She was puzzled by the company's lack of communication and general professionalism. She assured me that someone from Nxt Level would be in contact with me soon to resolve all my issues. On January 13th Amanda reached to me and said treys supervisor would reach out to me, this never happened. Never heard a peep from anyone at Nxt Level so i emailed Amanda, Trey and Ross on Febuary 1st. The only person to respond to that email was amanda and again she apologized to us and in her own words she was "UTTERLY SPEACHLESS" about the lack of response. Now Amanda is on maternity leave, and we have literally been left in the dark.

The worse demonstration of communication or lack thereof that I have ever experienced. You would think when you spend $70,000 plus dollars on a product/service that a little professionalism and communication would be included.

Today I filed a claim with Mosaic, the finance company. Thank god for them! They have a partnership with Nxt Level and they can't believe the lack of commination on Nxt Levels end. Luckily, they have some power to recover the money or force Nxt Level into some compliance.

As of today, our panels are not turned on. We have no clue what exactly needs to be done to get them operating. We can't get NXT LEVEL to tell us anything!!!

This company was very professional in helping us with our solar panels. They have been quick with getting us saving energy.

The staff at NXT Level homes is absolutely amazing! I’ve been considering solar panels, found this company on Google, and decided to call them. They were so incredibly sweet and helpful. They explained everything I need to know as well as informed me of all the options I didn’t know I had. They make the entire process of getting solar panels for your home so easy! They did an amazing job, it was a good price, and they were really quick. I have never had solar panels before, so I was not sure what to expect. The staff came out, gave an estimate, and then came back, installed them, and now I have solar panels!

Their solar system installations are always on time and done with precision, their roof solar panels installations are always done with care and they never fail to deliver. Their repairs are very quick and professional, they also have a lot of experience in this field. They are a good company to work with and we would recommend them to anyone who wants to install solar panels at home!

Elijah Bruce and Allison with Nxt level Homes were extremely professional and helpful answering all of mine and my wifes questions. All questions were answered in great detail.

Left me with lots of information, Bryce was very qualified an intelligent. Sales rep promised and delivered. No bill and receiving negative bills.

Awesome! I wish more people would take the time to do a quote before they invest in something like this, but at least you guys listened to what we wanted and gave us a fair estimate. Thanks for being so transparent about the cost—we know that it's all going to be worth it when we get our savings back on our electric bill.

I have had a solar system installed in my home by NXT LEVEL HOMES and I am very happy with the service they provided. The team were polite, friendly and very efficient. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was happy with the final result before leaving the site. I would definitely recommend them!

I have seen others have but a work friend of mine referred me to this company and I have to say I am nothing but impressed! First my salesman has been great and has helped me through every step of this process and there team at rise is amazing they will keep you in the loop and they stay on top of every detail. When it came to the install of the system the crew lead by Rudy was very professional and did an amazing job they where very knowledgeable and took there time explaining everything that was going to happen.
