NXT LEVEL HOMES

I was excited to go solar and chose Nxt Level Homes based on their promises. However, I was disappointed with the results. The installation process got messed up because the installers were poorly prepared and they installed all panels facing west instead of south as originally promised. The panels did not produce as much energy as promised, and my electricity bill hasn't decreased as much as I was told it would.

Moreover, their customer service after installation was unsatisfactory. I had several follow-up inquiries and concerns, but the company did not respond to any of them. It has been frustrating trying to get answers or help with issues.

Overall, I regret choosing Nxt level homes, and I would not recommend them to anyone else. The promises made were not delivered, and the lack of customer service is unacceptable.

Ricky Hunt and Adrian Perez gave us outstanding information to get started with Solar Panels they are the best guys out there.
