Air Tech of Pasadena's Jacob and another young man just repaired my heating system. My satisfaction with the finished work was greatly influenced by the clear and concise explanations provided to me. A photo of the work Jacob showed me showed a clean and well-done job. I had no idea how critical this work was until now, and I am so relieved that it has been completed. As a result, I feel safer and more secure using the heating system. Professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness are the qualities I find in their staff. My initial HVAC system maintenance was handled by Daniel, a very professional and knowledgeable young man. He thoroughly explained the heating system repairs while reviewing photos he provided. The system was installed by someone else who did a poor job. After discussing what is most important and affordable for me, I am having Air Tech do the work. He then sent me itemized estimates/invoices to review. I signed up for Air Tech of Pasadena maintenance membership as well as for all my HVAC system needs.

The tech did a great job. Diagnosed the problem quickly and checked the rest of the system. He cleaned the outside unit very well and got the AC back up and running in short order. He was respectful of us and our home. We are very happy with the service.

Our tech and this company is fantastic! We had another company take 2 weeks and didn't fix the problem. We called air tech and within 24hrs they fixed the issue and optimized our system! I am impressed with every aspect of the process. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Jaret was Amazing! Single mother of 3 and stressed to the max! He explained everything that may need to happen when it’s time to purchase a new unit and duct work. Jesús and the entire Air Tech team are professional, helpful, and almost feel like family. They genuinely care about their customers, let you know when they are on the way, make good use of technology to alert customers about when they will arrive, and promptly service the HVAC system. Miles Service installed the entire system in my home and have serviced it twice a year since then. As a result, the system runs like a dream. Today Jesús not only serviced the system, he also gave me an idea about its overall health and what to do to keep it running soundly. Appreciate him and the entire Mile Service Team!

I called in around 2pm because I had a scraping noise coming from my HVAC system. I was able to get an appointment same day between 4-6pm. They were able to get to me before the arrival window which, as someone who works in the service industry, is super awesome to hear. They arrived around 3, just 45 minutes after I made the appointment. On top of that they were able to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes.

The employee Kane was by far the most compassionate individual that I have encountered at any business. He was courteous, polite, and very attentive. I assure you if all of your employees were like him….your business would be known in every household. I will be telling EVERYONE that I come in contact with about your business and Kane in particular. He deserves a raise in my opinion.

Jaret was on time, courteous, and professional. Did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. Denise in the office was outstanding. Very friendly, very courteous, and was able to get Jaret over earlier to better fit our schedule. Truly went the extra mile for us and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. We’ve been using Miles for years and are very happy that the outstanding customer service traditions have carried over to the new brand.

Jaret was incredibly professional! He arrived on time, and was able assess the issues with my system incredibly fast! He also scheduled the final repair same day! I couldn't have asked for better service! When air Tech Walter showed up he was equally professional and easy to approach. He completed the work in a very timely manner, and made sure the system was performing optimally! All around great job y'all 100% recommend!

This is definitely my go to company for my A/C repair and maintenance. I was able to easily schedule online for someone to come to my Home the next day for an issue with my Thermostat.
Kane was sent to my home and he actually
made it to my home earlier than expected which was great. He was very personable, friendly, and thoroughly explained what the issue was. Very happy with my service.
