Air Tech of Pasadena - Miles Service

2020: Miles performed 1 of the 4 Service Checks included in the deal. But when we went upstairs to check the unit, it had obviously experienced a plugged condensate line and overflowed into the drip plan. The Miles rep cleaned the line, but continued and determined it was the house drain line that was plugged. I appreciate that he spent the time to do this troubleshooting at no cost under the Service Check. He also washed the outside units. His performance check confirmed the units are exceeding the manufacturer specifications. I continue to be a very satisfied customer. Thank you Miles.

2019: On Thursday, I had 2 bids and decided to get a 3rd bid from a company a coworker suggested, Miles Service. 3 hours later, Daniel Lampson arrived. Daniel provided an extensive review of my system and precisely what they would do. His final bid was competitive and included additional detail, including pulling a permit. I preferred that but it slipped my mind during my review.

On Monday Vincent C. arrived with his crew. They proceeded to do the removal and installation. I was surprised how little they talked, but it was obvious the choreography had been exercised many times; they knew their jobs. They were here from 9AM till 8PM installing Upstairs and Downstairs units. Every couple hours I checked in on both the inside and outside work, partly to understand the installation, partly to confirm that the installation was going per the sales rep/bid. I am happy to report that Vincent was very accomplished in his AC skill set and leading his team. I'm very satisfied with the installation and am happy with my decision to chose Miles Service.

All that remains is for the system to perform reliably per the specifications.

2023: Our AC system experienced a coil failure. Not a problem cause the new one was covered by the Lennox warranty. Daniel Lampson provided oversight to ensure the highest quality installation. He is a genuine asset for his company, focused on AC system performance and customer (my) satisfaction.

Mr. Daniel Lampson is very knowledgeable in his field. I wouldn't hesitate using Air Tech for any future incidents that may occur.
