Air Tech of Pasadena - Miles Service

We were very concerned when Miles AC became Air Tech. We had been Miles customers for about 20 years and loved them! We are so happy to say that Air Tech brings the same quality, knowledge and friendliness to our home that Miles did. We have the same wonderful team that we did when it was Miles! Jaret was in our home yesterday doing bi-annual maintenance on our system. He is just as wonderful as the rest of the team! Great service, tech was very friendly and explained things well.

Had a standard maintenance call today. Jesus was on time and very professional. We had a few issues with the heater during the cold spell where it got down to 17 F outside.
He explained everything he did in an understandable way and was very efficient. I have used Air Tech several times now and have never been disappointed by their very friendly demeanor, professional attitude, and service orientation! All at an affordable price too.

Big thanks to Daniel for the late night weekend help to get our AC unit operating properly. He took the time to show me the problem and I highly recommend the annual membership program as it helps with unexpected issues like the one we had today.
