Techs Kirt Kincaid and Walter Robinson were prompt, professional and courteous They arrived as on time and and quickly diagnosed the a/c problem after a thorough check of my A/C system. Quality work and reasonable price for my repairs. I will definitely use Air Tech of Pasadena for my HVAC needs and further recommend their services to others going forward.

Additionally, Homer Guerrero and his partner came back to install the compressor, drier and condenser without any difficulties. He was knowledgeable and gladly answered all my questions as I looked on to watch them make the repairs promptly My AC unit is working great now. Just in time to stay cool during this record breaking heat wave.

My parents’ A/C unit broke down and Air Tech was able to get one of their workers, Daniel, to come and take a look on short notice (Houston humidity and heat is pretty severe and they needed someone ASAP). He came in, fixed the issue efficiently, and according to my dad, was a very knowledgeable guy. Definitely will be using them again if we encounter any future problems!
