Their driver driving van #2178 is driving wrecklessly on the highway, coming too close to other drivers. Swerving in and out of lanes and causing unnecessary havoc in traffic by trying to intimidate people.

I contacted them after one of their drivers in a company car sped past me in a school zone and almost hit me while cutting me off. I had two kids in the car with me and I was pissed! When I called, the woman recorded my information and said she would pass it on to the owner that was coming back in the morning. I never heard from anyone, acknowledging the incident and informing me of any action against the driver. So basically you are ok with your employees representing your company in this manner!?!

We recently opened a bakery in Houston, and the kitchen designer that we used during the design phase did not spec the correct ventilation system for the building, which caused us much trouble in the first few months. I hired CORE to correct the issue, and they did so in a timely and professional manner. I also hired them to do my periodic HVAC maintenance, which they completed their first round of, and I was very pleased with the team and the quality of the job.

DO NOT USE!! STAY AWAY..........If I had less that 1 i would give it. Our business needs Ice and they replaced a motor in our ice machine and one month later it went out again. They pretty much told us too bad...... you'll have to hire another company. They did refund us the $1,000 to fix it the first time, but if you are looking for customer service or someone that actually cares about your business. STAY AWAY FROM CORE MECHANICAL

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay far, far away from this company. They are horrible to work for. They fire people just for ordering parts from a vendor they are mad at without any written notice. Then lie about promises they make to their employees. The owners are very two faced and don’t care about their employees.

Suppose your drivers aren’t bound by traffic laws, like using a turn signal, or changing lanes without signaling? Watched your driver in a commercial kitchens van blow through a red light at woodway and south post oak lane, fail to signal, then change lanes illegally to add insult to injury. So traffic laws don’t apply to your vehicles? I’m sure the DOT might not agree nor HPD.

It was a pleasure working with Core Mechanical on a winery project that my company built. They were very knowledgeable, respectful, professional and reliable.

Great company with strong values. Owners and management are extremely invested in their employees and community. Always willing to lend a helping hand, assist, and educate.

We had a WIF down and we called Core. Like usual they understood our situation, responded within an hour and got it up and running quickly.

John came up with options to fit my budget! Very professional, on-time, and knowledgeable. I fully recommend this company!
