The driver of the vehicle in the picture, plates 91534 ML, it’s a sociopath. This vehicle belongs to Pro Core Mechanical. Almost made me crash my car tonight while driving over Grand Ave. and, on top of everything, he showed me the finger when I complained. Not sure if this guy realizes that it’s the company he represents the one taking the bad review because of his bad manners on the wheel. Shame on you!!

We hired Adrian and his team from ProCore Mechanical and couldn't be happier with their service. Adrian was super responsive since day one. I sent him photographs of my old boiler that was in very bad conditions, he recommended replacing it as other companies did and gave us an estimate. His price was the most competitive so we decided to hire them. After replacing the new boiler I had to call National Grid to come and turn our gas back on which was only possible a few days later. Adrian came by again after to verify everything and making sure all radiators were working properly! After dealing with not so honest plumbers in the past and having to be without heat from almost 3 weeks, we are so glad we found ProCore. Definitely recommend it.

It's a million degrees outside and my air conditioner died!! I called Adrian at 10:30 this morning and he was at my house today at 3. Nice guy, great service, and my AC is back!!! And good price too! I am very cool and very happy!!

Adrian and the pro core team took on a heating situation three other contractors could not solve. My heat is now perfect in our house. I was taken a back how professional his team was compared to other contractors I've worked with. Very fair pricing. Will most definitely use ProCore again for any heating/cooling needs.

When my AC unit suddenly broke down on hot weekend I called a few local contractors and all wanted to make an appointment in a few days. My neighbour told me to try ProCore Mechanical that he used in the past.I called and they came next day morning.Technician explained to me what is wrong and since my unit was 19 years old and in bad shape , he recommended replacing it with a new one.Installation went smoothly and they were very professional throughout the whole process.My Ac works great now.I highly recommend them for any HVAC issues .

ProCore are the BEST. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs fast, professional, courteous and very skilled repair for air conditioning in NYC. When my Mitsubishi central air conditioning system in my Manhattan (Chelsea) apartment abruptly stopped working in the middle of a heat wave the night before the July 4th holiday I was worried I would wait days (even weeks) to find a qualified repair. I called six different NYC HVAC repair companies and either couldn't reach anyone or was told that their first appointment was two weeks away. When I called ProCore (on the recommendation of a friend) I was immediately connected to a technician who listened to the situation and told me he would be there the next morning "first thing". At 8:30am two technicians arrived and immediately got to work. They solved the problem, fixed the system, and even made some minor adjustments to make my system more energy efficient. They were friendly, courteous, professional and obviously very good at their job. Their price was very reasonable - to the point where I gave both of them a little extra to thank them for their excellent work and for coming on a holiday early morning. My apartment immediately started cooling down and the system is working better than ever. Just to illustrate the professionalism: both technicians put "covers" on their shoes that they brought with them so they didn't bring any dirt on to my floor (without even being asked to do that). This is a FIVE STAR business and I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs excellent HVAC / Air Conditioning services in NYC. In a city where there are many options - ProCore is the best of the best and I highly recommend them.

Called on Saturday morning because my A/C was leaking. Adrian said he would be here as soon as he could. He came in and went straight to work and fixed the problem. Friendly, responsive and transparent. Highly recommended.
