David is the very best ! I called on a Saturday, he was there in no time at all . He checked the unit inside and out and then explained how it worked and that their was nothing wrong with it at all. I wasn't giving it enough time to cycle and come on. He didn't even charge me a service call. He is a great guy and very honest . I will be a repeat customer.

After having installed a 2nd a/c unit but still had cooling issues every summer. Called Malcolm's for help, he decided to check the lines for leakage which he suggested after hearing my problem. After testing it was found to be the problem, set up time and brought crew to replace faulty line. Very professional, no added surprises, cleaned up after completion. Wish I knew him before buying a new unit. My neighbor wants to give you a call. Thanks David.

Mr, Malcom is the best. He came out to repair my unit 3 times so far this year. He could of easily said I need a compressor or my unit is shot etc. but he checks everything to avoid any major expense. I avoided any major expense because he tests everything to avoid that and has my 3 visits. His prices are well above reasonable and this man knows his stuff. Downstairs a/c unit went out on Sunday. Called Malcolm and he came out same day and got us cooled off again within a couple of hours. Great service and rates were much better than I expected given it was a Sunday emergency call.

David Malcolm has done A/C service work for me for over 15 years. I am now a retired Construction Contractor who manages my own income properties. He is knowledgable about his work and will make himself available unlike most in his field. He is prompt and dependable. Recently he went to my 89 yr. old mother's house to check her A/C problem after hrs. I very grateful for his indulgence at 8:15pm when most will not even answer their phone, let alone make a service call. I can confidently refer Malcolm's Heating and Air and know I have blessed someone's day!

Honest repairman!!

Great guy. Came out within 30 minutes. Went straight to work. Explained what was wrong and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes and gave me back cold A/C. Fixed only what was broke. No extra charges for things you don’t need. Only call him for your repairs.

I called Malcolm's Heat and Air on Sunday morning at around 6:30 am and Malcolm answered the phone and came over within the hour. Pretty impressive.
Diagnosed the problem and had to wait until Monday to get a circuit board. Promptly came Monday and replaced board and got our unit up and running. Great job Malcom, he never gives up until finished. Thanks

David has been to our home on 2 different ocassions and has speedily fixed our AC and heater! He was always very nice and always willing to work with me on times! I recommend Malcolm's %100!

This company was so great! I am 37 weeks pregnant and my A/C went out on the last day in June when there have been triple digits for outside temperatures! The service guy showed up at the time that was convenient FOR ME! He fixed everything and was very knowledgeable about what to do! He was in and out in about 30 minutes! I thought that the price was fair (I would have paid a million bucks because I felt like I was slowly cooking my unborn child) and I don’t feel ripped off. I will definitely be using this company again if I need to in the future!
