David answered are middle of the night frantic call! Responded within 20 minutes was on scene within an hour was fixed and he was gone an hour later! He was efficient, extremely friendly and I would highly recommend him. We absolutely have a new AC vendor. Thank you !

David came out on Father’s Day, was prompt to call back, came out when he said he would, was very polite, and repaired our air conditioner very quickly.

A/C went out on my house while out of town and was looking for someone in the NRH area who would be honest and clear with the work that needed to be done to fix the problem. Malcolm was able to do that and accommodate the later appointment time needed because of my work schedule. Pricing was fair and he explained every thing as he was doing it which luckily did not end up being a major issue. Highly recommended!

I called Malcolm's on a Sunday morning, and was immediately greeted by a technician rather than a dispatcher. He told me he could be there in an hour or less. Every other AC repair company I called said it would be at least 5 hrs. Malcolm's was here in under an hour and was not only incredibly knowledgeable but took the time to show me what he was doing every step of the way and answered all my many questions. I would highly recommend Malcolm's Heating & Air in North Richland Hills to everyone. Thank you again David you were a God Send! I'll never call another AC company you're my guy!

Awesome! The AC bombed out tonight. Left a voicemail expecting to hear from them tomorrow. Within a few minutes, we got a call back. Once he found out we have little ones, he was hoping in the truck right away. Then he was here! He fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Malcom's is the best AC repair service you could hope to have. He hits that perfect trifecta of fast, cheap, AND good! There aren't enough stars for this review.

David was at my house within an hour at our agreed upon time, and found something that had been missed by others. He even educated me a little bit. Very honest company, and great work! Thank you Malcolm’s!

I happened upon Malcolm's when they were working at the neighbors across the street. I was having issues with my unit and David agreed to come look at it when he was done. He came over and easily found a leak in the system that the previous repairman somehow missed. The repair was completed and he left. About 5 hours later the unit stopped running, which was a new problem. David immediately came back even though it was Saturday evening and replaced the capacitor. Sunday afternoon, the system stopped running again, and David once again came to the rescue and replaced the contactor. The unit appears to be running great now. I can't say thanks enough, especially with the extreme heat this weekend and with an 8 month old baby at home.

Very very pleased! Was scared to know we needed a whole new HVAC system installed but Malcolm's took great care of us. Great price and awesome service! They care about their work and their customers. I recommend to all!

Malcom did a great job repairing our heater. He diagnosed/tested everything to make sure he had the correct issue. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Great service and a great price, way better than the large companies!
