I was getting feed back and quotes from other companies that just wasn’t lining up, so a friend of mine referred me to Robert and I’m so glad he did. Robert came out walked me through everything, was honest, and was willing to work with me. Best part, he got my unit working properly and without charging me an arm an a leg. He’s a good and honest guy who I will recommend to any of my friends who need assistance with their AC or Heating system in their home.

I had an electrician out to install the battery for solar power. The electrician cut the A/C line. After he advised that his electrician couldn't come out until the next day, the solar company sent Robert. Robert was not only friendly, professional and punctual (he said he would be at the house by 1:50 PM and he got their at 1:52 PM), but he was efficient. The repair took less then 30 minutes. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had with an HVAC person. I highly recommend his services, and I will definitely use him again for any and all of my HVAC needs.

Robert Nordyke and Empowered AC & Heating is by far the most honest person in this industry in the DFW area that I know. I 100% recommend Robert but PLEASE keep in mind that Robert is based in Ft Worth and not Garland (there is a company with a similar name in Garland)! If I can't fix it myself I call Robert! He is extremely honest and transparent and extremely fair pricing. Robert fixed a heater issue I had about a year ago and now he got my AC working again! If I could give Robert 10 Stars I would.

If I could give Robert more stars I would. I have finally found someone who is honest, fairly priced and fixed my problems the first time. Really nice guy. He was very responsive to all our communication. When I called the first time he was at a wedding and still took my call!!! My second issue I had a house full of about 15 kids spending night and my thermostat went out. I was at work but he came and got it replaced and even changed my air filter for me which I really appreciated. I can’t say enough about him and his service. Thank you Robert!!
