Betz Heating & Air

We've had Betz looking after our Carrier HVAC units (2 AC and 2 Furnaces) for years now. They are excellent in communication, service and always being on time. We always get the same person come out to service our units and are very comfortable with him and with the office which handles scheduling. They are efficient, friendly and extremely trustworthy. I'd recommend them highly to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company

I have been using Betz for several years now for general maintenance and only recently have called upon Dave and Amy for repairs as my system has aged. Attitude, customer service, quality, follow-through and cost for services rendered are all excellent.... from a simple check up to major repair.

Kevin Robin has been to our home to check our heating and A/C for the last couple years. He is great! He is polite, professional, answers all of my questions, and always contacts me when he is coming. He came to our home today and called me on my phone to ask if I would open our garage door. We kept our "social distancing" and I felt very comfortable with him in our garage and checking our A/C unit in our yard. He represents Betz Heating & Air Conditioning well! 🙂

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They came to my house two times and spent a few hours diagnosing what was going on with a/c system. When the original technician couldn’t figure it out completely he came back with the owner the next day. I was only charged for one visit. They were professional and courteous. I will use them for all my HVAC needs in the future.

One of our AC units stopped working last night, once I determined it was not cooling I reached out to Betz. In what seemed like minutes the technician arrived and quickly diagnosed and replaced the bad capacitor. The price was very reasonable and overall service was excellent.

Wire was burnt due to loose connection on the unit...repair was quick...nice work...
