Had heating issues on a 16 yr old system, and feared I was up for an expensive repair or replacement. They were able to get to my home within an hour and it ended up being a loose plug on the circuit board. I really appreciate the honesty and feel Betz is a company that can be trusted. Everyone I spoke with at Betz was very friendly and professional as well. Will definitely be my go-to AC company going forward.

This company does the heat and air conditioning for the property that I manage. They always respond quickly and come out and do the job. They are very efficient and very fair they do not try to overprice you. They have a beautiful secretary, Ms Amy . I actually think she’s one of the owners but I say secretary because she’s so sweet nice and impressionable every time I call. Great service guys thank you!

I called numerous companies for estimates, and information and Betz was by far and away the most courteous, helpful and prompt. When the technician came out the next day he was wonderful! I couldn’t have asked for better! Their prices were very fair, staff was nice and knowledgeable, and they were quick. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

This company is one of the best you will find. Dave is a great man, he has the biggest hart you will ever meet. Service was outstanding. At first he installed our ducts all around the house and since than he is the only one we will use for anything related to our AC. Highly recommend.

Betz Heating & Air is top notch. I don't generally write reviews but I felt it necessary to comment about such great service. From the initial conversation with Amie (co-owner), who is super friendly and helpful, to dealing with Dave (co-owner) and Kevin throughout the assessment, estimate and work completion, they have been courteous, helpful, professional and responsive. We talked to numerous HVAC companies to review our issues and got different responses from many, including some who just flaked entirely. Betz reviewed our situation, discussed the options and impact they would have. They answered our questions patiently, included repeated callbacks because we were a bit insecure after our experiences with other companies. They did the work during the summer in our hot attic when some other companies said we had to wait until the Fall (at which point the A/C issue would not have been as serious). They gave us options when one of the ducts was not fully reachable to replace. They came back to adjust the dampers after replacing one of our A/C units. They responded to more calls with questions as things came up that we wondered about. And now finally as the weather cooled over the last couple of nights and the heat didn't kick on as expected, they responded to my text and came to our house on a Sunday morning to fix it. We've had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company - super friendly, easy to get on the schedule, and very thorough in their work. Dave was able to solve an issue with our A/C that others have not because he took the time to research the issue and come up with a solution. Highly recommend!

Wow. Kevin is so experienced and found both my AC problems right way and get things fixed within 1 hour. I have been spending many hours with another company (2-visits already) who didn’t fix any my problem and also announced my compressor was fried and asking for several thousands to replace. Betz heating saved me huge money and time. I’d like to recommend them to everyone.
