We had excellent experience with Betz. We combined 2 systems that were 25 years old into one bigger and much more efficient system. We added heat pumps for efficient heating and cooling. That saved us 30-40% over having to replace 2 systems. We had bids from Costco (Crawford services) that were double the price. This is that small business you search for on google that has it all…excellent service, quality, and pricing. Skip the up-sellers from TV and go with Betz for all your heating and cooling needs.

Will absolutely use this company again if ac repairs are needed. It was refreshing to have nice, HONEST and professional people to work with! From the get go, the scheduler asked good questions, gave some tips and helpful advice and was all around pleasant to work with. Our tech was extremely knowledgeable, kind and very honest! I truly appreciate working with people like this. Thank you! Would definitely refer this business to anyone that needs help with their AC unit!

Dave Betz with Betz heating and air was on time, quiet, and professional. I had kids asleep and they couldn’t even tell he was in the attic. His inspection of both the upstairs and downstairs units were extremely thorough. He took the time to explain each issue he found and the recommendations to correct each one. I knew I had an issue with our upstairs unit and thought it needed to be replaced, but Dave did not try to sell me a new unit instead giving me other avenues to pursue if I wanted. I liked the professionalism and thoroughness that Betz heating and air provided and would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

David was on time, thorough, honest, and professional. He explained the details of the inspection and is a nice guy! I signed up for the annual inspection service and and feel more confident I can now call on David and his company in the future..

Wanted to get a second opinion on the evaluation of our HVAC system and really appreciated everyone I worked with. Everyone was super friendly, efficient, and communicated clearly with the status and efficiency of our system. Dave took at look at the entire system and told us while it was getting old, he didn’t see a need for any immediate action, which is opposite of what we had been told by another company. I will definitely be reaching out again the next time we need any work done.

This company had previously performed work charging a system that had lost its pressure. Following this work, we had an issue with the AC unit short cycling. The company came out the next day and addressed the issue. They were prompt, excellent at communicating, and provided good service. I would happily use them again.

A different company was doing a tune up on my unit and told me me I needed to replace my whole HVAC system. so I reached out to Betz Heating and Air for a second opinion. Dave was punctual, thorough, and provided his insight confirming my current unit was starting to get old but still good. Since then they’ve installed an additional return vent in my home helping my unit run more efficiently.

This company has provided great customer service, good quality work, and for a reasonable price. I will continue to recommend them to others for any HVAC work.
