Betz Heating & Air has been so professional and such a great company to work with. We had a brand new home system in which a part went out that was still in warranty (that should have lasted 15 years). But because it was one month past the 2 year service warranty with the builder, they did not grant the repair for free. A different company is who originally installed the HVAC system.
Dave worked on locating the part needed for our AC unit, had it shipped to them and then we got promptly placed on the schedule for the install. We have also had regular maintenance performed by them, and the original service call to diagnose our issue. Every interaction has been great, and they really care about their customers. Amy always answers the phone and is very caring and understanding, and really wants to help to solve the problem at hand. Would 100% recommend.

Kevin is always courteous and efficient. I trust him completely.

The company was easy to book, had open communication, and I felt Dave to be honest with me since I don't know much about it! He worked when it was over 100 degrees out and I felt he really cared. Phenomenal, that's the one word to describe Betz Heating and Air. Dave, Amy and Kevin have always been a delight. They've been providing our general service for our home unit. When we had an issue where there was no cooling at another home at 4pm, they were able to make adjustments to get there that evening. Spending hours to try and get us running. In the end we replaced the unit because the parts were more costly than doing so. Highly recommend!

I called Betz Heating and Air and the customer service representative (Amie) was very friendly and professional when I made the initial call. She said David (the owner) would be out to service the unit within 2 hrs. I got communication via text from the moment of appt setup, when en route and after the service was performed. The issue and solution was explained well. Overall, a great service that I would use again and refer to anyone.

Dave went out of his way to get my AC working. It took multiple trips, but his persistent really showed how much he cares about his customers. I will use BETZ for any and all future repairs I need.

Our A/C condensation drain line clogged when it was 104 degrees outside. I couldn't find anyone else that could come out same day, but Dave was in the area on another job and made it over within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. At $237, it seemed a little pricey, but it was money well spent.
