Amy always answers the phone and has solutions in hand as if she was in the matrix. This private family owned business ensures you get her awesome husband or an also excellent long-term employee. One thing I can guarantee is they won't rip you off, nor create new problems. They are priced very fair and fully transparent, no deceptive billing practices. They are a treasure. A+++

We’ve been staying at my parent’s house with our 2-month-old and 2-year-old because our power was out and it’s been so freezing out. Around 10 last night we realized their house was extra chilly and the heat wouldn’t come on. We called Betz around 11:00 and Dave was here within 30 minutes and got their heat back up and running. He was professional, kind, and efficient and we would recommend this company 10/10! Such a lifesaver... literally! Thank you for keeping us and our kiddos warm in this crazy storm!

Betz was excellent for our spring HVAC service. A few maintenance items needed to be addressed and their knowledge, recommendations, and price were great! We’ve had other companies in the past who have recommended unnecessary work and that was not the case with Betz. I look forward to working with them again!

I called Betz Heating and Air to get an idea of how much it would cost to have a service technician come out to diagnose what our problem was and I spoke with Amie on the phone to do that. Before having someone come, she gave me some things to do on my own to see if that fixed the problem. Unfortunately, that didn’t help so when I called to have someone come out they were able to on the same day. Dave came to the house and was super nice and easy to work with. The capacitor on one of our units was out which is why it wasn’t working so he replaced it. We opted to replace the other one even though it was running fine but on the weak side, however, Dave wasn’t pushy for me to do so. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable, honest, and trustworthy business.

They have been taking great care of us for many years. The contract we are on is fantastic. Kevin is always knowledgeable, fast and friendly! I recommend them without question!

Terrific and professional work! Found a company we could truly trust, after getting quotes for services and equipment we didn't need.

Kevin arrived in the time window given and called to say he was on the way. This kind of courtesy is highly appreciated and allowed us to prepare for his arrival. We explained the situation to him and he surmised that the problem was likely within the inside units. After eliminating the possibility of low freon, defective compressors etc on the outside units, he concentrated on the two units in the attic. Our attic is tight but he was able to check both units and discovered two burned out parts. He photographed them to show us and then asked if we'd like a quote. It took about 20 minutes to get the quote and we felt the price was fair so we proceeded with the repair. It took Kevin about 30 minutes to retrieve the new parts and perhaps another 20 minutes to install and test the system. We noticed that the air was once again blowing cool and the thermostat was coming down to the set temperature. Kevin had targeted the problem precisely and after a week or so it is still working great. Not only will we use Betz Heating and Air in the future but we have already started to refer friends and family to this company. Thanks again Kevin and Amy!!! 5 Stars out of 5 !!!

Dave and Kevin are very responsive whenever we've had a question or an issue. They have come to our house same day and on Sundays when it was urgent (e.g. no A/C in the heat of summer). They, and Amie, are super friendly and a pleasure to work with. I happily recommend them whenever I can.

Trustworthy, professional, friendly, and on time. I am very happy to have chosen this company. As you can imagine, having your AC go out on a June day is not fun at all. Amy and Dave made my experience a good one and will continue to use their company.
