Our AC went out on Sunday afternoon. The guys from Elite AC came out Sunday evening. They found that a snake had shorted out the unit. They removed the fried snake and burnt parts of the AC and made the necessary repairs. Great service and price for a Sunday service call. Thanks Elite AC Midlothian TX.

The technician came by today and he was extremely helpful and professional. He was quick to solve the problem and explained the issue that I had with my A/C unit. His number one priority was to make sure my family and I were comfortable and he was extremely well mannered. He also recommended me the best options at the most benefit for me in the long run. I will highly recommend working with this company and I know I made the right decision by doing so! I can finally sleep well tonight with my A/C working properly and I can't wait for my new A/C unit to be installed. The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent and I wish everyone in the service community was like him!

Update: I had a new A/C unit installed by Meho and his co-worker. They arrived on time and worked very efficiently to ensure my AC unit was installed professionally. They informed me of the root of the problem and gave me the advice for future maintenance. Meho and his co-worker worked diligently through the A/C installation and were transparent in the process. I would definitely recommend working with this company if you're ever experiencing any A/C related issues.
