I used this company first for my home and was so pleased with the service that I followed up and had them install a commercial 10 ton ac for my business. I shopped around to find different quotes for my business need and no one could beat the price I got from Elite. They are very affordable and explain things in a clear manner. I never felt I was being overcharged or charged for anything that wasn't absolutely necessary. From now on I know who I'm going to be doing business with for all my AC-related needs.

Elite replaced my AC/Heatpump. Very pleased with the service. They arrived when they said they would. The installation went quickly and smoothly. The techs were friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend them to others.

These gentleman were the absolute best. They were reasonably priced. Actually best price I could find. We had been without heat for an entire week and they fit us in. They can at 5 pm and finished at 1030 pm. And entire system. They worked efficiently while still holding a conversation with me the whole time. They cleaned up after themselves and then checked on me the next day to make sure everything was ok. And they gave me the name of a painter to do some work in my home. I can not recommend enough!! Do not hesitate with these guys thinking the price is too low. They do excellent, quality work. A rare find these days!!

Elite Air has been incredible. We have had a few issues with our 2 units, and Elite is always very timely, professional, and thorough. After the most recent issue, we decided it was time to replace. Received quotes from a few companies, and Elite was the best by a wide margin. They also included every line item with their quote and answered any questions quickly. Their techs are always very friendly and informative.

These guys are great! The gave me a great estimate and didn't deviate from it, showed up on time early in the morning and were done replacing my AC system before the sun started pounding the house. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful and courteous so sleeping kids won't wake up because of their presence. I won't hesitate to hire them again.

I had a great experience with Elite Ac & heating. They came out to fix my AC unit. They did a thorough job in trying to figure out what the problem was. At the end, they were able to get my AC unit up and running. I was very grateful for that. I would definitely recommend Elite air conditioning and heating to someone else because the customer service was grade A. The technician came out much earlier than expected, which was definitely a plus and they answered my call as soon as I called which 2 other companies were giving me a longer hold time. Elite is a company that puts the customers priorities first. The technicians are very prompt and professional and work with the homeowners schedule. They answer all questions with knowledge. We received several bids for our new Heat and AC unit and Elite was the best in all areas. We could not have ask for a better experience and very glad we choose Elite.

Called them and they were at my house within 30 minutes. My unit was completely shot so I had to get a new one. That is what they advised, and I agreed after I saw the system myself. Never any pressure to buy, it was just time. All of this starting on a Friday afternoon in August is not the best time. The company was so good, they had 3 guys installing a new unit on a Sunday Morning!! Highly recommend

These guys have been great. They replaced my entire system for several grand less than the big chains wanted. They got started quickly, finished the job in one day as promised, and didn't go a dollar over the quoted price. If you like dealing with honest, competent contractors who won't try to rip you off, you want to go with these guys.
