Hardin Heating & Air

So I had an AC emergency this past Sunday afternoon. Called Hardin and even though they could not come out they recommended another local company to me that could. I just thought it says a lot about a company that even though they wouldn’t get the business they still wanted to make sure we were taking care of. Thanks again guys!

If you live near Midlothian and you are not using Hardin, you are making bad life choices. Their customer service is far above and beyond anything else I have seen. Their staff are extremely polite and professional. Ms. Wendy is absolutely amazing with getting you scheduled in, and Mr. Tim is a man of his word. This company deserves your business because, above everything else, they will ensure that a job is completed to the best of their ability and they stand by their work. I have been a customer of theirs for over a year and will continue to do so for a very long time. My entire HVAC system needed to be replaced recently, and they took the time to make sure that everything was done to standard and even identified/corrected some issues that the previous home owners had not fixed. Thank you Tim, Wendy, Blake, Austin, Austin#2, and everyone else whose names I can not remember. You all are top-tier performers in your field, and you are an example for other HVAC companies to aspire to be like. Thank you for everything.

After accepting the bid and waiting several days for a response, we had to call them to find out why they have not contacted us and the receptionist was rude asking why we were calling. We said to get our air ducts cleaned and she said they don't do cleaning. We asked, is this Hardin heating and air, she replied, yes it is. Ok so you clean air duct? Any way, after arguing with us over the services we wanted them to do, we cancelled because of the poor customer service the receptionist provided. We will give someone else our money.

I want to give a shout out to Hardin Heating & Air and specifically to Blake. We came home from vacation to a very hot house and our usual guy wasn't available. I had little hope of finding someone to come out late on a Sunday afternoon. Google told me that Hardin was open, so I said a prayer and gave them a call. Blake was here within a couple of hours. I will admit I was skeptical when I first saw how young he was but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. He not only knew his stuff but he was also very polite. He quoted us worst case scenario and came in well under and our house is already getting cold! He earned a customer for life!

Hardin has come out twice for me. Once to track down a problem with my fan not working and again to clean out the ducts, replace vent covers and clean the dryer vent. Both times the technicians were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
