My heater went out and I was referred to Elite through a friend of a friend. I had a great experience and they were more than willing to work around my schedule. I had my whole unit replaced at a fare price, I didn’t feel taken advantage of and they did the install on a Sunday!

I called numerous hvac repair companies, I'm glad I decided to go with Meho @ Elite Air. He took my call very late at night. He walked through the whole issue with me and showed up the next day at the exact time we agreed. He told me upfront what the issue most likely was and he was 100% correct.

It was also amazing that since his service fee was so low, the service itself was top tier. I called over 10 other companies and his service fee was the lowest out off all. He was professional, showed up on time and explained everything he was doing during the repair. He charged what seemed like the normal store price for the parts, which was very minimal. He let me know ahead time that he was on the way. He also gave me a little education on my HVAC system with some tips for preventing further issues. My wife was also happy we went with this companies as we have had some bad luck when it comes to repair companies. As I said the problem ended up being exactly what he initially said it would be and he did not try to add anything on to increase the charge. He told me he would have the issue fixed today and It was fixed. He also went as far as to make sure my Nest thermostat was properly installed with correct settings. Bonus points for that.

I never even write these reviews, but this has been the best home repair service I have experienced. Definitely go with Meho @ elite air. You will not be disappointed with this company at all.

These guys were GREAT! Super quick response and install time. No run around on the price. My entire unit had to be replaced and they had it done within a few hours and there was no mess to clean up... and... they even worked on a Sunday! Very professional.

These guys are awesome, friendly and trustworthy! We experienced a problem with our air condition just week Ago with this crazy Texas weather. We called Ellite AC & Heating and they quickly answered and sent someone out to our place and notified us when they were on their way to our house. They were prompt and friendly! Explained the issues and what was needed. We even had a follow up question a week later and I reached out and they quickly responded. We will defiantly call them with any future AC & Heating needs!

I have been using these guys for several years now and the technicians that they send out are super nice and friendly and explain everything to me as many times as I need to understand, they are very very affordable and honest you can take anything they tell you to the bank, they will not try to sale you anything that your system does not need. Do not hesitate to call these guys, they are trust worthy.

My air went out the other day and I tried to go they my warranty company. They sent a tech out but I had to call back two more times and they were still unable to resolve the problem. I found Elite Air and called as they service 24 hours a day. Within the hour, Meho was at my house to take a look at the system. He was able to diagnose what was wrong, explained it to me and gave me my options, one of which was replacing the entire system. He quoted me a price and walked me thru all the paperwork. My unit was installed the very next day at the price he quoted! Thanks to all, especially Meho, for all his patience, professionalism, expertise, and great customer service,( they kept me updated every step). Would definitely recommend to any who ask !!!

Called these guys at 830pm on a Saturday for my AC going out. They got to my house within 20min and fixed the issue. Really thought I was going to get bent over on the price because of the quick response and the fact that it was a weekend night but wasn't charged nearly what I thought it was going to be. Technician was also extreamly professional.I Will be using these guys for now on vs the contractors that my insurance sends over.

I highly recommend Elite Air!! They are honest and professional! I used them for repairs and also to replace our entire HVAC system. They did an amazing job and always available if I have a question or concern.

My AC unit went out, the guys at Elite Air came out fast and took care of everything. Had the whole system replaced the same day. My family and I are very happy with their service. Very happy to have our cold air back in this Texas heat!
