Spent 4000.00 for a new unit, several years ago, never worked properly, froze up ever day several times a day. Owner came out probably 20 times, could not figure it out. Finally kinda washed his hands and left me hanging. I've had to buy window units throughout my house. The unit now does not work at all, works like fan is on and zero air coming out. It's so apparent that this unit is either a lemon or not installed property, but I've just had to accept it. Tried to contact the maker and they said to contact the installer! It's been a huge joke.

The review written by TT Nguyen references the WRONG company. Integrity Air Condition does not market on Groupon and does not currently clean air ducts.
