My experience with Airstar was not good. They left the drain pipe loose and the water damaged my crown molding and sheetrock which they refused to pay for or reimburse me for the damage. I also had to pay for refrigerant 2 times which totaled over $700.

Don't use them !!!

I submitted a complaint to this business about poor behavior on the road by one of their drivers. The business owner took it into consideration and addressed the matter. Very impressive. Will look for an opportunity to do business with Airstar in the future.

Had techs come out two times neither time was my issue resolved, I won’t be having them come out a third time.

Horrible they came out to fix a clog... the guy stuck a strap in the pipe and said it was fixed I ask him are you sure that is it dont you suppose to blow it out... long story short all the cords are wet inside of the AC... I'm so upset and it is still clogged

Sent out by AHS, they provided great service and were actually able to help out. I will call them if I ever needed help in the future.

Rodney was amazing! They came to my house fast and he went above and beyond explaining things to us and fixing the issue! ty for taking good care of us!

This company is at least 3x as expensive as competitors. You won’t know that until you pay for them to come to your house & “diagnose” the problem though.

Used them through my Fidelity warranty and they are top notch!

Airstar has always given us excellent service. I think we have used them for about 10 years now....I refer you guys anytime I am asked. Thank you!
