These guys are extremely knowledgeable and honest. They tell you up front what needs to be done and why, making sure everything is up to code. They take pride in their work and it shows, from the moment they come to talk to you to the moment they are done with service! I called up Penacrux and they promptly responded. They came out and assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. Business owner, Ryan, was thorough, careful, detailed, and informative when he assessed the problems. When he and his colleague came to complete the work, they took care of my home, were friendly to my dogs, and completed the work in such as way that I was able to work with minimal disruption the whole day. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The only sign that they were ever here is that I now have an awesome new a/c system working beautifully.
