Great service. The owner is very honest and services/equipment is reasonably priced. Installation crew went over, above and beyond what they had to do to install the system. I highly recommend Lavender Heating and Air!
Don’t even know where to begin. Had a tech come out for what I thought was a tune-up for our furnace. Tech tried to convince us that our whole unit had multiple issues, needed to be replaced, was cheap, on and on and on and when asked if we could even use the heat his response was “at your own risk”. Moving on he told us our ducts were compromised and needed to be replaced because of rats in the attic and that we were breathing in poor air quality. Said we had problems in the crawl space, etc. If it could be wrong, in his eyes, it was wrong. I asked for a write up of all the issues he noticed, had push back about that, tech kept insisting on giving quotes for stuff. He clearly was trying to upsell at every turn. And even though he said “use the heat at your own risk” he felt my number one priority should be replacing the ducts? Never got that write up from him by the way. At the end the tech said there was a miscommunication and he was called out for a “diagnostic call” and not a tune up. Called the office afterwards multiple times and each time said I would get a call back…never got a call back. I’ve since had a reputable DFW HVAC company come out and debunk every issue this Lavender tech said was wrong. The reputable HVAC company tech said our furnace is in great shape, ducts are fine, and showed me and explained why what I was told was wrong in fact wasn’t wrong. I do not recommend Lavender to anyone at all in this area. No clue if it was just this tech or what but it was a really poor experience.
A very prompt and friendly crew installed my ductless split air conditioner in my garage in my home in Weatherford. The owner even came out. The unit was installed professionally and efficiently. No issues with the unit itself. The price was reasonable They even came back out and changed a small damaged part that was cosmetic. I would recommend this company.
We arrived home from vacation on a hot Friday night to find our 40+ year old A/C in its death throes. David Lavender came out Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning he installed a temporary solution. By Tuesday night a new system was installed and running. Thanks to David and his courteous and professional team for a job well done.
I called this company on mothers day,. After I called several companies. I did change my outside Good man AC from HVAC company around 2017 but their phone numbers not working that day.LavendervAc very fast answering their phone just Google and I saw their recommendation when I called . The operator set me the appointment between 9Pm to10 Pm. The Ac man came around 10PM fixed my Ac and contact my warranty department Also gave me mothers day discount.. we Made another appointment for the part. And get it from the company because Ithe part has 5 years warranty wasn't expired. The next day asked them to check my freon . It was low . Came with appointment and filed.my freon.The first Time and the 3rd David came to my house. The second time came idifferent guy . Both are very professional. I do recommend this company 100@%%%%% Thank you for you're service David and your team.
I had previously submitted a five-star review, but have to adjust after a very disappointing experience. Late last year, Lavender AC sold me an 'annual membership' which includes quarterly check ups on my AC unit and other maintenance. It is now September and they have not come out to do these routine check ups. I have tried contacting them multiple times - they are unresponsive in most instances and when they do reply they have an odd excuse as to why these have not been completed. I have been requesting a refund on the membership I purchased for more than a month and still no response. Do not work with Lavender AC.
