    Fantastic company! Showed up same day at 8pm with no after hour charge! Chip, my technician, was really nice and professional. Found my issue quickly and explained the problem. Even showed me how I can take care of it in the future if it happens again. Also gave me some great maintenance tips to prevent the issue. He fixed it in 30 mins or so, and didn't try to force sell me anything. Sooo glad I called them instead of those other heavy advertisements guys. If we have any future issues 100% using this company. Happy to recommend them! Fyi, I never do reviews.

    Owen and Chris were very prompt. Our A/C went out on Father's Day and Owen spent his 1st Fathers Day fixing out A/C. They were very courteous and aimed to please us until completely satisfied. They say 24/7 and they lived up to it. I called my usual company and it they said they couldn't come out for 4 days. I will be calling Choice Air Care from now on.

    Skooter Thompson has been repairing AC for 8 years and is loyal to the same employer. He was friendly and kind to my neighbor and my wife. He fixed only what was needed, gave me accurate advice and a fair fee for parts and service. I would say that Mr Thompson is an individual with the integrity and experience that anyone would want from an AC service provider.

    Called this company because the AC upstairs wasn’t cooling as well as it normally does. The tech said the refrigerant was really low. Filled it up and it’s working for now. But the tech never checked for any leaks in our system. And what I found out after the fact is usually low refrigerant in hvac means there is definitely a leak somewhere. Even their own websites blog mentions this and they mention that they have the equipment to detect leaks. So why didn’t the tech check for leaks during the appointment? As the tech was leaving he said if it’s low again in a couple of months that means there’s a leak somewhere. This is what made me look into the matter further. Half way job done. Expected better considering all the good reviews this company had.

    *Update* to your response - My husband and I were both there, the tech definitely did not offer this service. He said “if it’s low again in a couple of months it could mean there is a leak”. That’s it. Didn’t say he had the means to check for a leak, didn’t say that was an extra service, nor did he explain that usually refrigerant is low because of a leak. It’s not a matter of him “explaining it correctly”, but he didn’t explain it at all. Like I said, I had to google this info after the fact. We would’ve happily paid for this service at the time to get this issue fixed correctly.

    First the service technician made me wait whole day come at 6PM and left without speaking a word about the issue and said he will come and fix next day. No one turned up next day. I tried to reach the company but no response.

    Our 15 year old system decided to quit on us and Owen came out around 8:00 pm to check and see if it was repairable and unfortunately it wasn't. They have us some options had good pricing and weren't pushy to do more than was needed but gave options for more efficiency as well. Owen answered all of our questions and once we decided to have the whole system replaced they were out here this morning (the next day) at 8:00 ready to go!

    I would highly recommend this company if you need A/C repair or replacement

    I am recently moved from Boston, can't say I have a full appreciation for TX summers. But what I do have an appreciation for is great service. I needed some AC work. Thrilled I found Choice Air Care. These guys are great, and by great you name it: customer service, communication, prices, knowledge, on and on. Call these guys first, you'll be glad you did.
