    Incredible quality of service. I have an infant and needed to fixed asap Chris came out at 2300 and fixed the unit. My boy didn’t even wake up. Already passing his number out. Highly recommend.

    I was calling around trying to get quotes at 10pm because our ac broke down late at night. Over the phone, Tony’s warm personality won me over—compared to two other 5 star companies I had called previously who seemed annoyed I was calling so late. Choice Air Care’s quotes were also more reasonable. They don’t have emergency hour pricing, it’s the same whether it’s day or night. I was scheduled right away same day (night) and they sent Chip over. Chip is just so personable, friendly, and courteous, and he definitely knew what he was doing and talking about. He pinpointed the problem, got it done, and our home was cool within an hour and a half. He even gave great advise on how to maintain our ac unit and filters. Great staff, great service, great company all around! I will definitely call them for any future a/c issues. Thank you so much! Awesome company!

    Choice Air Care is the best around. They have excellent customer service, competitive prices, and are very professional and responsive. Any time I’ve ever needed them, even in their busiest time of the year, they’ve always taken care of my ac problems promptly. In fact, I had to call them late last night when my ac suddenly stopped working. It was very late when I called, but I was assured they would get to me as soon as they finished their current job. Chip and his assistant got here around 12:30a.m. and it only took them about 30 minutes to correct the problem. Choice Air Care deserves your business and you won’t be disappointed!

    I would give it a zero star if I could. Made a reservation to have a technician inspect the HVAC units of the property I have an active contract with. The reservation was at 10 am but the technician didn’t show up. Realtor informed me at 10:30. Called multiple times to follow up but every time I was put on hold for 20+ minutes then told the technician was still not ready. After multiple attempts to contact Choice Air, I was finally told at 3 pm that the technician couldn’t come. The seller was waiting there the whole time. Both me and the seller were frustrated and this definitely didn’t help me as a buyer in this extremely competitive house market.
    I understand that you guys at Choice Air might be busy and/or understaffed, but customers shouldn’t pay the price of it. If you can’t figure out your operations, then please say no from the get-go. Nobody should be sacrificing their time and energy like this. Overcommitting and underdelivering is not a sustainable business model!

    Edit: I had given these guys 5 stars because I had excellent service with them in the past. Either they changed management or not sure what happened. Called them at 8pm to report a broken A/C. Said they couldn't send somebody that night so I would need to wait until the morning and that they would call me back. I never heard from them again, they never called back or anything, so I had to get another company to come fix my AC. Very disappointed.

    These guys are amazing! They’re very quick to respond and the technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Mike changed a rusty pan and fixed a problem we had with drainage, which would have caused significant problems down the line. He was fast, great, and left everything in mint condition. A few years ago I had Chip come in to fix our AC that broke in the middle of a hot summer night! He quickly fixed it and he was really nice and knowledgeable too. I recommend Choice to everyone I know

    I received four estimates, and Choice Air Care was by far the most competitive. Chip was very thorough, and answered all my questions regarding the other quotes. He came out after the work was complete to inspect the work. There were a couple of minor items to correct, but Chip took care of them the same day. I have already recommended them to others. Great company!

    My technician was Mike who arrived exactly on time, called 30 minutes beforehand to confirm and did an excellent job diagnosing, fixing and then CLEANING my AC condenser.

    Mike also explained everything he was doing as it happened so I actually learned a lot about my system as well.

    Choice Air Care scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning after I called on Friday night and everyone I interacted with was very helpful.

    I will definitely use them again!

    Choice Air is amazing in my book. My AC died in the middle of the night last night. After calling a couple of different companies this morning, Chip with Choice Air was at my house in a couple of hours, on a holiday weekend Sunday when the Texas heat decided to kick in. It is currently 87 degrees in our house and I have a young child and LOTS of pets. My 14-15 year system officially died. We knew it was coming because we have already repaired a couple of things on this unit. A few hours later, they are back at my house putting in a new unit at a price well below all others. They did not charge us for anything we did not truly need replaced. I have had 3 different AC companies to my house fixing different issues the last couple of months and have received quotes from probably 5 others. Let me tell you, it's been fun and educational. I have to say Choice Air is affordable, honest, on time and they come out on a holiday weekend at no extra charge. They were at our house both times shortly before the time they said they would be here. Highly recommend Choice Air.

    I had a great experience with Choice Air Care. More specifically with Chris. My A/C was not working late at night and after speaking with Chris (after 10 pm), he offered to come out immediately. We were able to set up an appointment for the next morning. He did a quick and thorough inspection and was able to remedy the issue.

    The quality of work on our A/C and heater that had issues was excellent as far as I can tell. Main complaint is they have been late on every estimated time slot, often not calling or texting until after the time slot and frequently rolling to the next day. Story is always the same, earlier job took longer. Don't know if they're taking in more work than they should or just really bad at estimating.
