Choice Air Care

We called choice air care today to see if they could come diagnose our ac. We were given a 3 hour window of when they could be here and they actually arrived on time. Chip and his associate (I didn't catch his name) were very professional and really knew what they were doing. Chip was very honest with us and helped us make the best decision for us. We will definitely be calling choice air care for any of our future hvac needs.

I’ve been having some cooling issue with an older a/c unit in my home. As of late it seems to not be cooling my home especially at night. I called Choice Air Care after reading the great reviews and Chip was sent out to my home. I must say that everything that was said about him on yelp turned out accurate. He diagnosed the issue within minutes of arriving and told me exactly what’s been happening with my unit. I’m going to invest in a new unit and will definitely be reaching out to Chip. I’m always looking to do business with people I can trust and he fits the bill. Thanks for the quick competitive estimate and I will be calling to schedule soon!

Choice installed our unit several years ago and it has been well worth the money invested. Came home to the outside unit not running this evening, made a service call figured it would be something minor. Chip arrived and ran through some checks and narrowed the problem down promptly and explained his findings, upon solving the problem he checked everything else and gave the unit a clean bill of health. Chip has a wealth of knowledge and genuinely cares that his customers are taken care of.

Excellent! Arrived on time and did a great inspection of our AC unit in our new house. Gave me a thorough report of what it looked like, what to watch, and what to expect in the future. Had problems setting up our new thermostat a week later and they came right out and helped us get it up and running (we had a bad wire). We will keep Choice Air Care on our calendar for seasonal inspections and any future repairs. Excellent service at a very reasonable cost.

We had Choice install a brand new AC unit for our lower level a few weeks ago. Had a minor issue and Owen came out & fixed us right up, we have 2 year labor warranty and he didn't charge us a service call which I greatly appreciated. They were quick to respond when we called them on Sunday night and fixed us all up.

Choice care air is by far the BEST ac company we've ever used. They work 24/7 and came to our house late at night to repair our air so we didn't have to try to sleep without it! The service was fast and excellent. This company is owned by a truly good man. He pays it forward when he can and takes great care of his customers!!!! Don't choose any other company if you want awesome service and help with your ac needed!

I was calling around to get quotes on a repair that another company said we needed. Chip came out the same day to take a look and was able to explain our problem (which was not what the first company diagnosed) and correct it in a short amount of time. We’ll definitely be using Choice Air Care in the future!

Chris and his team were awesome on their visit to my home. They diagnosed and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Choice Air Care.

No showed for a emergency AC service call on 7/16/21. Tried to call them back an hour after the service window ended, no one picking up the phone. Didn’t get a callback saying they’d be out the next day cause they were busy or got held up at another job. That I get and understand, and can make alternate arrangements. Instead I got a newborn screaming her head off cause it’s hot.

Wish they still sold R22 to the public, coulda fixed the leak myself and recharged in the 9hours of downtime.

No other company out there locally like choice air care. When getting your a/c & heater serviced ,most company's charge an arm and a leg , send out 3rd party contractors and end up having reschedule out of your busy day because they didn't get the job done right the first time ; but the guys at choice air care worked around my schedule , were very professional and courteous and got my unit working in no time at all ! I wanna thank Chris and the whole choice air care team for your professional and personal service and I highly recommend them to anyone needing service , you better make CHOICE AIR CARE your first choice !!
