Prime HVAC worked on upstairs air cooling. That needed to be repaired. I called them, and they came the next day. They fixed everything on time too.

Friendly when I called for my widowed mother who needed service on her furnace so she could sell her house, but never showed up for the service call and no response when I messaged back to see if they were coming. Would not recommend.

Arrived on time, was swift and efficient, and the technician was excellent in explaining the process. My ducts hadn't been cleaned in about a decade, and I feel much better today. Nice pricing with good add-on possibilities, and not at all rushed!

Tech was great, very professional and thorough. He asked quite a few questions before he came to the house the same day! Since he had already diagnosed the issue he was able to quickly resolve the problem. We signed up for their plan and will definitely be calling anytime we have a A/C problem!

Another heating air was very prompt on timing made a call for service they were right out had my furnace replaced and they were professional and clean and respectful. I will now use them for all my hvac issues. Great customer service.

When the tech and his team finished, a new high efficiency furnace was expertly installed and operating well. They had arrived on time and had overcome difficult challenges with the location of the old furnace.
