Made a fair deal on a new A/C replacement, installed it when they said they would, did a great professional job, didn't add any unexpected surprise charges so I'm a happy customer.

I just want to share with anyone who is looking for an AC company that Hess Air exemplifies strong integrity, transparency and outstanding customer service. There service and installation staff are first class, hard working and take great pride in all that they do. The cost and pricing are very reasonable. I had my ducting replaced and I was amazed of how professional, courteous the team was throughout the installation. They answered any and all questions before, during and after the service sincerely and promptly. The office staff answers the phone "How can I make your day better" and they say their NAME!!!!, don't find that high level of service much anywhere! Stephanie and the rest of her office team are amazing, everything they said they would do was done on time, the day scheduled and their work is guaranteed . In fact there was a cooling issue in one of the rooms weeks later and they fixed it no extra charge! I highly recommend Hess Air for any and all your AC/HVAC system needs. I also recommend their Hess Air Service Club. Great deal for the price for all that comes with it and my system runs better than the first day installed 4 years ago. I can't say enough how relieved I am and will be customer for life!

I am purchasing a home and need some Air Conditioning work done. I called in to Hess Air and Cynthia is who helped me. I must say, very impressed with her customer service. She explained to me the several options I had available, from new unit equipment, to maintenance of existing equipment, duct work, etc. Very thorough in her explanations and above all felt at ease.
