Don't believe the great reviews, they're fluffing up their service by using fake reviews. They have horrible communication and don't show up on time. Matthew who seems to be the supervisor is rude, and doesn't provide good communication when he knows people are waiting for updates on when someone will show up. I understand the need others might have in this heat is more urgent than our cleaning, but at least communicating to us that they will not be able to make it would be a good first step. He also offered a small refund and never came through on it. Will never use this company again.

When I called the boss, he provided me a 2 hour window for his arrival for his same day service. He was running a little late with his previous appointment, and contacted me before the expiration of my 2 hour window. I was expecting another call telling me we would have to reschedule due to a storm warning for our area. I was pleasantly surprised to see Jason standing at my front door with his equipment, ready to get to work. He did a quick inspection and assured me that my issue was an easy fix. During the thunderstorm, they replaced my A/C capacitor and made sure everything was running the way it should. Upon completion of my service, he provided me with his recommended future services, , and made sure I was a satisfied customer before leaving. I'm a happy customer and will certainly be a return client!

This company is top quality. The boss and technician, was knowledgeable and friendly. He was completely professional and explained, in detail, what the problem was with our HVAC system. His diagnostic fee and repair price was reasonable and fair as compared to other companies. I did not feel taken advantage of. Going forward, we will use prime HVAC Services for future service needs.
