The technician was on time, spent a long time as the problem with the dishwasher turned out yo be a lot more serious than anticipated. Figures it out and charged very fairly. I'll definitely turn again.

We weren't sure who to call to clean our vent and ducts. I ended up going with Prim Air because of a review I found on google. That's why I'm leaving this review, so if others are on the fence about who to work with, call them! They are not overpriced and they took time and made sure they cleaned everything up after they were finished.

My unit was repaired properly and quickly and it is still working the following day. Prime Air Technician was available the same day I called and was very helpful by first explaining the problem and then fixing my unit for me. Very positive experience and I will continue to use Prime Air for my HVAC system.

Definitely impressed with the whole experience from estimation to install. Everyone was responsive and the install team did an awesome job in coming up with the best layout for the tight space we have to work with. The true test will come this summer if the min split unit can keep my space cool enough.

My dryer vent was clogged and they were quick to get here, professional and the lowest price I found after getting many quotes. Good luck getting anyone to even do it, much less do it for less. My mind is at ease knowing we won't have to worry about fire. Don't waste your time calling around.
