One of the most demanding services in our town. I had a problem with our HVAC service. They repaired it at reasonable rates, and the whole process was smooth. Impressive!

Our water heater broke down on Saturday, and I was unable to fire the pilot. They scheduled my appointment for Monday at 2 p.m., and I was repaired by noon on Tuesday. Throughout the service, both technicians were knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. I wholeheartedly endorse!

I called them and they came in for a diagnostic for possible repair. Pleased with the trust and professionalism he presented. He Was honest from the start of all the issues and well informed me of my options. Unfortunately my ac issue was more than a tune up or repair but he was there to provide the resources and call installation guy who also showed up same day and gave me the run down of what I needed. Pleases to have found a company who is trustworthy in their work and knows what they are doing. I’ll be using them to get new hvac system! Our air ducts were cleaned, and the guys did an excellent job! They were extremely informative and eager to answer any and all of my inquiries. They did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. The air quality has immediately improved, and we can finally breathe clean air. Because my wife suffers from allergies, this is quite crucial. We will be long-term consumers from now on.

We had trouble with air ducts. They were so dirty and needed to be cleaned. Prime HVAC cleaned them and the first from that too. The whole procedure was very smooth and impressive.

Steadfast service!
