This company has to be the most caring group of people that really enjoy helping people. They came quickly and were able to diagnose the problem just as quick. We will use them again no doubt.

I’ve used several different area AC companies in the past and Highly recommend Big Fish. I’ve know the family a long time and know they are as honest as they come. Very pleased with the work, communication, punctuality and equipment from them. They worked hard to find the best solution for needs. They also came later to install a New Google Nest Thermostat and walked through how to use it setup my phone to control it also. Great folks to work with!

We needed them to come check out why 2 rooms were not getting proper air flow. They were very professional, checked everything out, gave us a couple of ideas of possible things to help, bc, it’s cooling good, but the air flow is not hard! Now if that doesn’t help, they will come back out and do the duct work correctly for proper air flow. We were very pleased with them. This is our 2nd time using them, and we have been please with both times now!!!

Amazing service and complete transparency. I would without doubt recommend Big Fish with no hesitation whatsoever. Both technicians worked tirelessly to fix the problem in exhausting heat. I will use them when it comes time to replace my unit!

System went out yesterday afternoon, they were out early today. Solid troubleshooting and repair. Their techs are a pleasure to have in our home.

My mom's central heat would not come on. Big Fish arrived approx an hour later and had it working within a very short time. Office staff have always been very nice and polite.

So glad we found Big Fish AC and Heating. We needed a whole new system and got bids from three different companies. Big Fish gave us the best price by far. You may be thinking less expensive is not always better, but in this case we got the entire package for our investment. The entire staff (owner, office manager, and every technician that we’ve worked with) have been very professional, yet personable, extremely knowledgeable, always courteous and respectful, honest, reliable, always on time for appointments, fast and diligent workers who pick up after themselves, and each one exemplifies the attitude that they truly care about doing the best job that they can for their customers. We chose their company to replace our entire HVAC system Nov 2020 and they just came out again today to replace our large upstairs filter. We’re so glad we found their company and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any type of HVAC service.

Office was 92 degrees when I came in. Made a call to Big Fish AC and they had a repairman available later. Didn't take him long to identify the problem and get me on the road to being cool again. Highly recommend them.
